How can i get the currently running portl host name into visual composer applications?
Regards,
Naga
Hi Naga,
There's no built-in method in Visual Composer for doing this. However, since Visual Composer can be enhanced with a Web Dynpro component, you can write a simple WebDynpro component that does this for you and then integrate it in your Visual Composer application. Here the info you'll need:
1. How to create a simple WD component and integrate it in a Visual Composer model:[http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/20327c85-9bbc-2b10-968b-bca4bdfa45c6?overridelayout=true|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/20327c85-9bbc-2b10-968b-bca4bdfa45c6?overridelayout=true]
2. How to get the host and port name of the portal:[|]
