Export functionality application

Hi,

We are currently working on Microsoft Office integration settings.this is to easily process originals in Microsoft Apps like MS Word,PPT etc. directly from the DIR.Could anyone throw some light on the Export switch and what can be actually transferred with it?

Hi Sandeep,

You can use the Export switch to decide if the DIR data is to be copied into MS Office application.You can transfer fields from the following data groups:

- Document data from table DRAW

- Class data from the DIR

- Short text from the table DRAT

The export switch will come to help you to export all the meta data of a document info record. You can use this to move data relating to you DIR.Hope this will solve your query.
