HTTP destination connection error

Hi all,

I am using Siebel reciever iway adapter over HTTP transport protocol.

I am giving the following values in Adapter properties :

HTTP

1)HostName : siebelservername

2)Listener port : siebel event port

3)Method : POST (POST / GET)

4)URL : Siebel service URL....

are these values correct..? Because I am getting destination connection error in SXMB_MONI.........

Hi,

Try to contact the URL via browser... Is it working?

Also have a look in the trace of SMICM trancaction.

Thanks for the reply....

I tried to connect the URL via browser...If I give the full URL and XML file in browser it is giving correct response.

without XML file it is showing page cannot be displayed...

because we are getting XML in runtime after mapping......correct ?
