Role Tab(section) is not getting captured through CATT script on PI/XI system

I am trying to create CATT script for user creation and role assignment on PI/XI. Every screen except ROLE and GROUPS is getting captured.

Hi Plaban,

I have had the same problem in the past but I didn't investigate too far.

What I prefer to do is have 2 scripts.

1. User Creation using SU01

2. Role assignment using SU10

Use separate CATT script for Role assignment and group. If you are not able to use SU10 ->Authorization Data-> mass users/roles

How many roles do you have in PI / XI?

Search for Oss Notes

Add on / support packages should be up to date.

Run trace and see what error u r getting?

HI PI/XI system has very few users like Basis, configurators and developers , why dont you follow "salmans"

idea to use SU10. That will be more quicker.

If your system is uptodate the script has to work.
