Error in SAP Solution Manager 4.0 Installation - CJS-30129

Hi All,

I am installing SAP Solution Manager 4.0 in Windows Server 2008.

In Phase 3 of my installation, I get the following error:

WARNING 2010-07-21 22:28:31

Unable to get information about file
W-9CA9HUOW7Qg\sapmnt\trans using FindFirstFile. Operating system error message: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

FCO-00011 The step createSystemDirectories with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|6|0|createSystemDirectories was executed with status ERROR .

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Ragu,

Thanks for the reply, I have checked the thread.

I'm logging in as the administrator and I don't have any anti virus software installed. I also have the firewall turned off.
