Issues with Offline approval

Hi all,

We are upgrading to SRM 7.0 and have requirement for offline approval of the shopping carts. We have scheduled the program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND to send the workitems to the approvers. The approvers are recieving the approval mails in their mail box and when they click on the approve or reject mails a return mail is also triggered and we are able to see those mails "#BBP_GEN#" in the inbox of the user wf-batch. For reading the workitems recieved through offline approval we have scheduled the program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND. Now when we execute this program the shopping carts are not getting approved and we are getting the below error.

Structure 01 US WF-BATCH A208: No agent found.

Hi,

Please check if you correctly set the inbound processing in SCOT transaction. /SAPSRM/CL_OFFLINEAPP_INBOUND is the class name.
