Error with COUNTRY field

Hello Guru's,

I have a problem with entering the COUNTRY field while maintaining address screen for a customer. Wherever there is COUNTRY field in the SAP system, i am entering US but still stays ENTER COUNTRY after clicking ENTER. I do not understand this behavior. As the COUNTRY is a required field, i am not able to move ahead by ignoring it. Please help.

Hii

Check Country US is Defined in the system or Not. T-Code OY01,

Path :-- Netwiever ---> General Setting ---> Set Countries -

---

> Define Countries in Mysap

Otherwise you can optional country field in your Account Group through T-Code OBD2

Double click your account group---double click in General Data-- make optional field to Country for format.

Hi Pravana,

Could you check Country US is created or not? If it is not created system will not allow you to enter because US entry is not aailable.
