DB02 not display database information

Hello Experts

when i m runing T-code db02 it's not showing the informaiton about the database or tablespaces though, i have set the daily database check job and the saposcal is running fine. i also check the sm37 for the any other job which is running related to that information updates but nothing found. same type setting i did in my other CRM server but that working fine with all information.

plz tel me what could be the resion for that, how it could be resolved

Hi Anil,

What database release and fix level are you using?

What is your SAP release and support package level?

Please check the following jobs are running:

SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP

SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_JOBSTATISTIC

SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR

The reports that are run via the SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR are

scheduled with the TCOLL table. You can modify the contents of this

table using the following note:

SAP Note: 970449 - Contents of TCOLL table in SAP_BASIS 640

Please remember that after the job completes, it may take some time to populate db02 data.
