First page is printing in Landscape and second page is printing in Portrait

Hello guru's

When i'm trying to print the output in Quality(U4Q) using printer as 'LOCL', it prints the 1st page in landscape format (which is correct) and the 2nd page in Portrait format (not correct). When we change the printer to an actual printer like 'Micxae', it prints both the pages in landscape format (which is correct). but in the development using printer as 'LOCL' the both pages are printing correct.

please help me.......

Hi,

Please check your SPAD settings for the LOCL printer.

Hi Selva,

thanks for replayin.....

i checked in SPAD for LOCL in that for sandbox(U4S) system where the printout is working correct the Device type is varying for U4S (sandbox) and for U4Q(Quality where this is comming)...

Do u think is this is the reason (Device type variation) for this issue?

Hi Reddy,

In SPAD, Full administration, please check with the device types tab. You can get the details from there and you can change accordingly as per your req.

Hi Selva,

i checked in the full admin-->device types.

under device types-- in the device type field i hav given the LOCL but i'm getting as "NO ENTRY DEFINED".

i'm getting the same message for both systems U4S and U4Q.

please suggest me what i hav to further....
