I'm having quite a few Solution Manager troubles, but I'm fairly certain if I get REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT executing properly...all other issues will resolve. We are a VAR Service Desk provider with 1 customer. To clarify, AI_SC_GET_SAP_CUSTOMER_NUMBERS retrieves 2 customers (our customer number and our actual customer). After running report AI_SC_GET_SAP_CUSTOMER_NUMBERS, I maintained the associated view. Everything appears to be correct:
Both customer numbers are relevant and expected to be pulled.
The VAR Customer has our customer ID as the processor and is linked via Customer Processed by VAR.
Also, both entries have been assigned to the proper solution.
Before running the REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT job, I added the parameter ONE_RFC_TO_SAP_FOR_ALL_CUST with a value of X to DNO_CUST04. Also, since there is not a processor for our customer number....I went through the generation of SM_SP_"customer #" using my own suser (who has the proper authorizations on SAP's Backbone).
Also important to note. Running AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP does not generate any data for the customer we have signed up. It only generates data for our own customer id (which is what I believe to the source of problems for REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT).

Some additional notes about the log:
The error associated customer 0000513094 is expected. I understand that it should use the s-user from the
customer; however, if the BP Generation does not produce any s-users from the customer....how can I fix this with
AISUSER?
Installations 0020568611, 0020568612, 002057157 are related to another company owned by my company. They
were once maintained with this solution manager; however, they no longer are any concern for this instance. Short
of direct SQL commands, is there a way to delete them from the Installation view? Also, in the installation view, they
are not selected for generation.
