Hi Experts

Do we have any transaction code which gives list of all invoices conatining the delivery numbers with out the price information or any standard report.

want to know the outbound delivery number based on the invoice number.

Do you have another tcode to fulfill our requirement?

If possibel ant deveopment that we can do to meet this requirement.

Give all the invoice numbers as input in the table VBFA for the field VBELN

Also give the input for VBFA-VBTYP_V = J (Case sensitive)

Now get the value of the field VBFA-VBELV

This field represents the delivery document number.

You can combine VBRK, VBFA, LIKP, LIPS in a query and you can get any data related to either delivery or invoice in a report. For query please check these links.

hi

Its very simple

goto SE16N and enter VBRP (billing item) and execute.

Find the field VGBEL and VGPOS both are nothing but your Delivery number and Delivery Item.

You will get all the delivery numbers which are stored in VBRP-VGBEL.

No standard tcode is available. Go to SE16, key in table VBFA, key in the billing document references in "Follow on doc" and maintain "J" against the field "Prec.doc.categ" and execute. You can develop a zee report based on this.

sap std do not provided report as ur req. the easiest way is develop Query Report.

Dear Friend,

I dont think there is any standard T-Code for this requirement...

You can develop a ABAP query (SQ00) & link tables VBRK & LIKP. You can also assign a T-Code to this query & give authorizations to end-users.

Alternatively, I would prefer to develop a ABAP report. This would facilitate to incorporate dynamic Selection creteria & layouot. Also your ABAPer can develop this simple report in matter of two / three hours...
