SAP SolMan Maintanance Optimizer error

Hello,

I want to install EhP 4 on a SAP server. The problem is that in the step where the Maintanance Optimizer should list the OS/DB-Dependent Files I receive following error:

ACP EA-RETAIL=604 does not match any software component version

ACP SAP_BASIS=701 does not match any software component version

ACP EA-RETAIL=603 does not match any software component version

ACP EA-APPL===603 does not match any software component version

ACP SAP_APPL==603 does not match any software component version

ACP SEM-BW====600 does not match any software component version

ACP EA-APPL===604 does not match any software component version

ACP SAP_APPL==604 does not match any software component version

Could not find download object for ST-PI 2008_1_700 SAPKITLRD1

Could not find download object for ST-PI 2008_1_700

although it worked few days ago, since today we are getting the error above.

The system is SolMan 7.0 EhP1 ST 400 SP24

Hi everyone,

Iu2019ve solved the problem: it was related to the Service Desk configuration Iu2019ve done. I deactivated and then activated the Business Add-In to Manage Several SAP Customer Numbers and it worked. I suppose that by the first activation of this BAdI something went wrong and the subsequent deactivation and activation resolved the problem.
