Mitigation email configuration

Hi,

I have set-up workflow for the creation and changing of mitigation controls. I however would like to know how to change the contents that is sent when the request is submiited.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

You can change the email text in the approval stage for the mitigation workflow.

Hi Mo,

Go to configuration -> workflow -> email reminder and select 'Mitigation control' from workflow type. This will allow you to set up emails for reminder, submission and closing. Request submisssion email will contain email contents from the 'Submission' tab.

Apart from all the steps mentioned remember to setup the SMTP server in your configuration TAB orelse no emails will go out .
