Error in Phase Run Java Migration Tool Kit

I am getting this error while installation of Solution manager system. Abap stack has been installed but in the stage of Run Java Migration Tool Kit it is giving this erro and i am not able to find out the root cause. Iindly help me

Hi,

Please post the log of "batchXmlGen.log".

Are you doing fresh installation or system copy ?
