Ability to Add new language in MII 12.0

Hi Experts,

MII supports localization for following languages

English

German,

Spanish,

French

Japanese

Portuguese

Russian

Chinese

Can we provide localization for any other language excluding languages listed above?

If yes then how this can be achieved?
