Packing Material dispaying on Delivery Screen

Hi . I am SD functional. We have a HU managed storage location.

When i am creating a outbound delivery vl01n -> enter in the Batch number-> enter the handling unit number in the packing screen-> come back to the delivery screen . Here i also see the packing materials in the delivery create: Overview screen . I see both, the Box packing material as well as the Pallet packing material as line items on this screen.

This is not desirable. We want just the main material to be displayed here, not the packing material

Earlier on this was not happening when i was using simulated stock uploaded through mvmt type 561.

Now suddenly when i use the Stock thats coming from Production, that i am facing this issue .

The Gen pack matl Item on the delivery type screen 0VLK is unchecked. Kindly help

Hello,

Genreally it comes from this customization setting only.

Check the Transaction 0VLK-> delivery type(LF)->Check whether you have checked the check box for gen pack mat item

if yes. then this may be the cause of coming the packing material separate item on the delivery screen.

Uncheck that and try.

In your case ,Try a fresh cycle.
