A field should be Mandatory

Hi sap friends,

I want to make the route field as mandatory in the delivery document.

Please share your knowledge

Hi Anand,

We can make Route mandatory in Delivery document using Incompletion Log procedures.

So Goto IMG - SD - Basicfunctions - Log of incompletion items.

Check the Incompletion procedure assigned to your delivery header.

Then check the fields assigned to that procedure.

Check the Status group assigned to ROUTE field, based on your system customization you can check the status group and assigned the same to Route field.

By doing this you can make route field as mandatory.

Use tcode SHD0 for Tcode VL01N/VL02Nand through screen variant for route make the field required.

Make the changes to your incompletion log in OVA2 or use the transation variant in SHD0
