SDHF Action Withdraw Correction

Hi,

When I withdraw the correction in urgnt correction(SDHF) the status of change request-SDCR changes to 'To Be Approved' automatically.

I dont want to use this functionality. I want the status of Chnage request to 'Withdrawn' insted 'To Be Approved'.

How can I do this.

Hi,

Go to Transaction CRMBS02 define a new status (withdrawn eg: E0007) in the status profile of SDCR (SDCRHEAD).

Go to SPRO --> Solution Manager IMG --> SAP Solution Manager --> Scenario Specific Settings --> Change Request Management --> Extended Configuration --> Change Transaction --> Change Transaction Types --> Define Status Attributes

and modify the entry

SDHF SDHFHEAD E0010

with new status values of SDCR in the columns StatProf and UsrSt.

This should solve your problem.
