You are not registered as a developer

Hi All,

I have installed a SAP IDES.

Everything was fine when I tried to create an ABAP program, I got the following message:

"You are not registered as a developer.

Please register in the Online Service System (OSS).

In the OSS you will receive an access key.

Key

User name: IDADMIN

Access Key:

Installation: 0000000001"

I have tried a lot of solutions but nothing is ok.

Please, could someone help me?

Hi,

In any SAP system, if you want to crate programs the your login ID should be registered as a DEVELOPER for doing the same withpout which you cannot create programs. What all soultion you have tried?

The only solution is go to http://service.sap.com/support, click on Keys & Requests tab and then click on SSCR keys. In screen below you will find Register Developer. Click on that and give the login ID and choose the installation number and click Register. This will give you the key. Take that key and give in the pop-up box where it asks for key. After this you will be able to create programs.

Also, IDADMIN is a user which is given by SAP IDES system by default. Though you can use it but better create any other user and register that user as a developer.
