Use of Risk Analysis Webservice without installing CUP

1)Can we use Risk Analysis (SAPGRC_AC_IDM_RISKANALYSIS) webservice without installing CUP.

2)This webservice requires request id , which we will not have untlil we create a request in CUP.Besides request id, it has user id and system id as input field.

Is there a way or any other web service available, which accepts some other fields like role (particularly), analsysis type,etc, and then return us analysis data.

SAP delivers the SAP GRC product in such a way that we have to depend on CUP for the request id so far I have not seen a cost effective way to just have RAR5.3.

I would suggest just configure CUP with a simple stage/No stage dont waste time on creating/Modifying/enhancing what SAP has delivered.

Again, this is not meant to "force customers to use CUP by any means".

There is of course a way to just do risk analysis through a different web service, but without a way to display the results in a user friendly way or to simulate/remediate/mitigate this is really useless.
