Hi Experts,
Is there a way to get the detailed error message instead of a URL when receiving an alert from PI?
CURRENT SITUATION: Example of what I'm receiving when the AF has an error
Alert ID: ##01045##
Message Monitor http://XXXXX:9999/mdt/index.jsp?objectName=type=XIAdapterFramework&;messageid=89057930741311DF93B600...
Message Monitor (Secure Connection) https://XXXXX:9999/mdt/index.jsp?objectName=type=XIAdapterFramework&;messageid=89057930741311DF93B60...
FUTURE SITUATION: What I want to receive instead (extract from audit log)
Delivering the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: Failed to call the endpoint [null "null"]; nested exception caused by: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 0. Setting message to status failed.
Thanks all

Heloo,
To get the error text messages as you expected, you need to define the container variables and mention them in short and long text TAB areas.

Hello Aarhyn,
See the list of available Container variables you can use to get more information about the error.

Thanks for your answers. I already have some custom text with variables but they don't show. I think the problem is due to the fact that the mapping fails and the process can't continue. I only get the links to the Java Runtime Workbench. I don't have this problem when the mapping is fine but the adapter fails. Do you guys think it's an SAP bug or it the natural behavior of the system?
Thanks.
