ECC 6.0 Average times for Update & RFC

I'm putting together graphs with the reccomendated values for Update and RFCs and the actuals based on ST03N. Can anybody give me the average times for Update & RFC? Specifically, I'm looking for benchmarks on Average Time, Average DB time, Average CPU Time, & Average Wait time.

Hi,

The performance data is VERY specific to each system. Each SAP ECC6 customer has a different usage (load, number of users, external systems calls, different modules used, etc..)

Here is just an example from our production ECC6 EHP4 system with up to 400 concurrent users,a 2.2 TB database a CI server and 6 application servers (dialog instances).

For last month (june 2010) :

Total Load : 13.8 millions abap steps

Dialog steps : 3.8 millions

Dialog average response time : 652 ms ; processing time : 197 ms; cpu time : 173 ms; DB time : 348 ms; wait time : 2 ms

Background steps : 0.7 million

Background average response time : 25.8 s

RFC steps : 3.9 millions

RFC average response time : 1.4 s

UPD1+UP2 steps : 1.8 million

UPD1 average response time : 274 ms

UP2 average response time : 88 ms

HTTP steps : 0.2 million

HTTP average response time : 39 ms
