Hi All,
while using interactive backorder processing, we saw there are two schedule lines for same sales order.
usually it happens when there is a difference between required date and availability date /time. But in our case both the times are same. this is unusual . Does any one have faced similar issue??
please let me know if u are aware of any pointers.

Hi,
It looks like some inconsistency in your data.
Please try running /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 or
/sapapo/ccr for sales order/stock etc., and
recheck your scenario.
Check the integration models are active.

Just to confirm- Can you please check the sales order in ECC to see if it has 2 schedule lines or 1.
Normally you should not be seeing this behavior unless the update made in APO has not been transferred to ECC.
Check the Queues and run a CCR if possible and check for TQA if any.
