500 ITS Error

ITS server (AGate) server is out of <b>threads</b>. 

Hi,

I am getting this error when I am trying to call the the internet service using the URL in browser.

http://ITS-Host:<i>port</i>/scripts/wgate//<i>internet-service-name</i>/!

The Hardware seems fine for the ITS server.

1. So what else could be the reasons?

2. How will I know whether some open <i>sessions</i> are there already for the ITS services?

3. What is the thread-control procedure for ITS?

Hi Sudheer,

Does this problem arise also right after ITS restart or after a longer period of usage?

Please check the performance.log for the history of used workthreads.

Sometimes workthreads start to hang when you see error messages like "..rolling out LRU" in sapjulep.trc
