Add new fields in additional information

Hi experts!!

Does anybody tell me if is possilbe to add new clients filds in additional information about an expense receipt and how??

I think you can use the available fields and Rename the field in portal as per your requirement.

Sorry, but I forgot tell you that we don´t use sap portal, we create trips in R/3 through TRIP transaction.

Hi,

If you need to add a field you need to add this in the structure PTK03 in SE11, you can add your custom field below the entries but take note once SAP deliver a new field in this structure, you need to adjust again your field as this will create an inconsistency in your system.
