Automatically individual QM order creation !!!!!

Hello Experts

trying to create automatically an individual QM order with the creation of the inspection lot. I wasn't able to do this. My settings:

- Material -> QM view -> Inspection type 01 -> Flag individual QM order

- tried this also with inspection type origin 15

Inspection lot is created as expected for example after booking of goods receipt but no QM order. What is needed? Further on I added in the inspection type for example in 01 the QL02 standard order type. Why it isn't not working? What settings are needed?

I know that I need an account assignment for instance like PO or something else. But I want to create the QM order with inspection type 15 not with 01.

2.create settlement rule for individual order

3.Assign number range for individual order
