Hi,
We have Business Requirement in Credit Management as follows;
Carryout credit limit check at order creation and delivery order creation where only open deliveries, open invoices & open items should be considered for credit check.
We checked the following settings in SD Credit Management;
Check 1
Maintenance of Automatic Credit Control [OVA8]
Settings as follows:
Update Group:000015
Check: Dynamic
Result: Sales orders can be created and saved without credit check even though the credit limit is LESS than the total value of open deliveries + open invoices + open items
Check 2
Update Group:000012
Check: Static, adjacent field u201Corderu201D is UNTICK and u201Copen deliveriesu201D TICK
Result: Sales orders can be created and saved without credit check even though the credit limit is LESS than the total value of open deliveries + open invoices + open items
Conclusion:
Result of both settings does not serve the business need
It is appreciated having your recommendation to configure the system to serve the business need.
Thanks in advance
Rambuk
Hi,
your requirement can be fulfiled by aaplying dynamic credit check ,set your risk category as follows:
Checks Reaction status/block
Dynamic C yes
Open items C yes
Keep update group=000012
Assign this risk category to customer (Payer) in FD32 and check the results.

Sanjay
