How to delete a stock transfer delivery order with multiple stock orders in

How to delete a stock transfer delivery order (transferred from R3)with multiple stock orders .

Please advice,

Hi Dhanush,

The output node here refers to the order category BF, which is

nothing but the purchase order item schedule line (PchOrd).

The corresponding MRP element for this is BE and the R/3

object is Purchase order.

Hi Dhanush,

1) Try deleting at R/3 level and cif it followed by taking CCR run

2) Also check sap note 1045082 whether applicable for your

scenario

Hi Dhanush,

Try the following options

1) Try running /sapapo/ccr for shipments and iterate the

results followed by clearing the queues if the orders

exists only in APO

2) Try /sapapo/delete_pp_order by selecting the

suitable category

3) If the delivery order is not required at R/3 and seen in

R/3, reverse the delivery to convert into the stock

transfer order and then delete in APO using

/sapapo/rlcdel

Hi Senthil,

Thanks, I tried reports /sapapo/RLCDELETE,/SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS i could not delete it simply says the order is not in live cache.

In WUF under the "LC order" i could see the order with the qty.when i goto the order context i see multiple stock transfer orders with in the same. and iam unable to find the GUID of the order.

Also, ran the reconciliation with /sapapo/ccr found no inconsistencies.

This particular order consists of lot of stock orders in it, is it adviceable to delete these from production server? or how to delete these orders?

Hi Dahnush,

Please try /SAPAPO/OM16 to find the GUID for the order and then delete with INCON.

I did the consistency checks with /OM17 and tried the RLCDELETE report, ICON report, and others but iam unable to delete this..can u help..
