Hi,
I had generated EWA Reports successfully for ECC6.0,ECC5.0 Systems.
Now iam configuraing EWA Report for EHP4-SP04 sytems,i did all the settings in solution manager, when iam ruiing RTCCTOOL in satelite System iam getting below warning. Is this creating any problem to generate report.
Setup of the EarlyWatch Alert service
[ checks that min. 2 EWAlert sessions to SAP Solution Manager or to SAP
are found in last 60 days, and that SDCC session manager job runs ]
We recommend that SAP Solution Manager be used to monitor your systems
via Earlywatch Alert. In this case you activate it just by including
a system into a Solution Landscape. See the note 1257308 . If this is
not possible, data for productive systems can be processed at SAP.
In SDCCN when iam creating maintenace package, refresh sessions after finishing successfully disappearing from screen, not generating any early watch alerts.Guide me for the same.
Thanku,
Hi kumarraju,
please have a look in the "task log" tab in "SDCCN", maybe you can find the solution there.

Okay. Hmmm...
Than I would query the EarlyWatch of the Satelite System over the Solman.
Logon to your Solman.
Navigate to the Solution in which the Satelite System was created.
Operations -> Solution Monitoring -> Early Watch Alert
Scroll down to the next Early Watch for your system in the future and click on it.
Change the Date of the Early Watch to the current day and time and run the suggested Job in the Solution Manager.
After the job is finished (control it via SM37), there should be a Early Watch Task in SDCCN of the Satelite System.
Best Regards
Tobias
Hi Tobias,
Thanks alot, iam getting EWA Report for satellite sytem, but in my EWA Report on ST-PI patch its showing red like below.
ST-PI 2008_1_700 0002 2005_1_700 0006 ST-PI is not up to date. Please run RTCCTOOL and follow the given recommendations
.
But in my satellite sytem already the ST-PI patch is in uptodate ( ST-PI 2008_1_700 0002 level).

Hi,
Than it seems like the EWA could not get the right data.
Please have look in the log of your "early watch alert" task in the sdccn.
I guess here you can find an error that the system cannot get some information.
Often in this log you can find a note, or search Marketplace for this error message.
Regards
Tobias
