How to check RG1 Opening and Closing balance

Kindly let me know how to check the opening balance and closing balance in RG1 register.

IMG- LG - Tax on Goods Movements _ India - Account Determination

there check - Specify G/L Accounts per Excise Transaction.

Take note of GL acc and view the balance in tcode FBL3N

Do we need to check the balance based on Excise Transaction Type?

I assumed that, we need to check as per the Registers.

Similary, please clarify another doubt also.

On what basis we need to check Excise balances?

1. Based on Excise Registers

2. Based on Excise Transaction Types

3. Based on G/L accounts.

Hi,

You have to check Excise RG1 balances based on J1I6 reports.

This Report basically calculates balances based on transaction & movements.

OI fyou are specifically asking for any other reports please mention, this is regarding RG1 only.

YoU can get the details of RG1 for this

First Update the register in J1I5

then extract the Rg1 in J2i5 and finally print it in j2i6
