error in dispatcher

Hi,

I got the warning message in sap nw java 2004s dispatcher's development trace and the warning message is *** WARNING => DpEnvCheck: no answer from msg server since 20 secs, but dp_ms_keepalive_timeout(300 secs) not reached [dpxxdisp.c 7172]

help me solve this problem

Hi,

This is a time out from the dispatcher to the message server and could indicate a poor network health or DNS issues . Can you please check your overall network performance ?

The message server/logon group testing tool "lgtst" (Note #64015), and the "niping" program (Note #500235) are available to help diagnose the network problems.
