Query on Ordering Party?

Hi Friends

We are on SRM 7.0,SRM-SUS ECS. when i am creating PO in SRM it gives me the following error

BBP_BD002 - The system could not determine the "Ordering Party"

Please let me know the solution if any one has come across such issue
