Error Installing bi710sp12p_1201-10004472.exe

When I apply the bi710sp12p_1201-10004472.exe patch to my GUI I get the following error:

Action Type: File

State : Install on Patch

Error: The system cannot find the path specified

Source : .....\sapchart.ocx (this file is present on readable on the system)

Destination: C:\Program Files\Common Files\SAP Shared\sapchart.ocx (this file is present and is readable and a duplicate to the file above)

Error Code: -2147024893

Has anyone seen anything like this before or know how to solve it??

Restart your laptop or desktop and retry the installation.

i need a look at the laste nwsapsetup.log, the log files from this patch installation.

I think, the file can not be registered, becuase a depending installation is corrupt or

damaged....

Can you provide me with the nwsapsetup.log file? then i will look into this file.
