Hi,
Since yesterday night (July 18th,2010) I can't login to SAP Marketplace with the sso certificate from SAP. I get an access denied even if the certificate is valid. I don't have any problems logging in manually.
I've tried deleting the certificate and downloading a new one, but no luck.
This only started happening yesterday and most people I've talked to have the same issue.
I've also tried both Internet Explorer and Firefox with the same results.
Anyone out there found a solution to this problem?
Thanks
Hi Stephane,
Try writing to sapnet at sap dot com. That is the support address for the SAP Service Marketplace.

I had this same issue, contacted the support, and got solved by emptying cookies (navigator options menu)

erm, sorry, my issue was with SCN only... (it worked with SAP marketplace)
anyway, try to clear the cookies

I just tried on a brand new computer without certificate, requested one. Got an error message saying it's not valid, then cleared the SSL buffer from navigator options menu, and it works now.
