2004s Sneak Preview : Configtool Problem

Hi All

We have installed 2004s Sneak Preview. It was working fine. But now when I am trying to save some changes in configtool, it doesnt get saved. Infact the configtool just gets freezes when "apply changes" is clicked.

the DB is running.I tried looking in the configtool log and found the following
