SLA display fails /// CRMTE_CCKPT_H_IB_BORDERSO missing in web repository

Hello,

when I want to look at the item details in SAP GUI's tx S_SMC_47000016 (Display: Support

Message), I receive the following error message:

"Object CRMTE_CCKPT_H_IB_BORDERSO does not exist in the Web Repository

Message no. SWWW000

Diagnosis

A template was requested that does not exist in the Web Repository.

Procedure

Import the required template into the Web Repository."

I believe, the system is not able to display my SLA details in SAP template.

Would you have any idea how I should proceed?

Hello,

Implement the note 1454138.

The steps are as follows:-

1) Open Transaction SMW0

2) Give the package name as CRM_CCKPT and execute.

3) From the list of Webrepository objects, select the object

CRMTE_CCKPT_H_IB_BORDER_LINKSO and click on the copy button.

4) Give the name of the new template as

CRMTE_CCKPT_H_IB_BORDERSO and click ok.

5) Save the new object as a local copy.
