KPro content server issues

Hi,

For a document type ADK to view our engieering turbine drawings, we have defined our storage location as KPRO. This worked fine till feww days. However, we are facing a strange problem. We are able to check in /out the documents in KRPO properly from some systems. What may be the problem?

Suspect there may be connectivity issues of front end access to kPro Server. Try the following:

- Use transaction OAC0 and double click ZCS_TEMP

-Open a new browser and call http://<HTTP Server>:<Port Number>/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll?serverInfo

- Replace <HTTP Server> with server name and <Port Number> with Port number from OAC0

See if there is a response.Else, contact your Basis admin.

It was indeed a connectivity problem. Thanks Pradeep Haragoldavar. There is no issue with checkin-check out now from any system.Problem resolved.

Hi Asif,

Please check in DC30,the workstation application in network type is defined as PC properly.

As mentioned,all the DC30 related settings are perfect!! We have used the system,its is only since 2-3 days this pbm is coming.Please help
