image in smartform

Hello Expert ,

I have to get image in my smartform output from differnt ip: like ' http://....................jpg' correspond to my material coming in smartform.i cannot use se78.

bec million of image in this ip folder . i have to match my material then get that image.

Hi

try with this.

SSFCOMP_PRINT_GRAPHIC

I thinks you cant access http location

1st copy that file in to your application folder (by searching relevant file)

if file existing there no need to copy

you can access application server in run time.

Hi

I don't know what method you are using to load pictures

how ever

if you using picture control method try to get Resolution 600 or similer to display

may be your image is in the report but its not apper

Yes you Are right i used Picture control for dynamic image in my smartform.

every thing going ok, picture is coming at the time of print preview , But at the time of print out of my smartform output

picture are not coming ,

1 . what should i have to do now?

2. if our image is not in se78 image output not possible?

Hi

if images come to your preview and not comes to printout (hard copy)

usually it will happened with two reasons

1. your printer is not in SAP application server (Try to add it to system not LOCAL)

2.you don't have enough authorization to get images.

check with SU53

I m right on both the reason ,

1. i am working on application server ,

2 . if i have not authorization(su03) then how can image will display on preview.

What happened? you have done or still in same problem?

what i mentioned in my previous messages is

if using LOCAL printer to print preview is coming properly but output images come with revers side

if i used SAP embed printer its coming properly.

thats y i ask you to check authorizations.

I sill have that problem , i gave the issue to my basis team they told printer is ok,

what should i have to do? is my method to getting image in smartform is wrong?

I am using Picture control for displaying image..........

or is there any other method to get images in smartform (with hardcopy) Except to upload image in se78,
