Roll wait time and GUI time shows very high in sap BI 700 system. This is not regularly but seems to be incorrect as there are enough available resources and the network is quite good.

HP-UX OS, Oracle as the DB, CI and DB both the same local system as it is not a distributed environment, with enough memory and Swap space. there is also one AI with enough memory, file system and swap space

System Landscape ?

3 system DEV> QAS> and PRD

Concurrent users ?

very few max 20

Work load distribution ?

Logon load balancing and one application server has been available.

I guess the reason some where must be related to the RFC's newayz let me know from your end.

Maybe monitoring on OS level is faulty. If so, the guys from the [SDN Unix|; forum might know why ...

Hi,

Please check in sm50, whether have you got enough workprocesses.

Use the transaction code STAD to check on the RFCtime.

If there is a delay in the RFC, then use ST05 transaction to capture the RFC traces.
