Problem in sending alerts from CCMS to Alert framework

Hi,

I would like to send the alerts coming in CCMS to my Alert Framework. When i tried to do that in one of the docs in help.sap.com it is stated as to specify the RFC destination between these two systems in the transaction SALRT1 in client 000. when i tried it it says client 000 is not modifiable. since there are only two users

==>SAP*

==>DDIC

alone are available by default in client 000,I created an user CCMSUSR and used that user to do this configuration in transaction SALRT1;but in vain.

please do help me out to solve this issue.

Hi Sundararamaprasad,

change the client 000 in transaction SCC4 to modifiable and it should work.
