No Auto Proposal of Samples in UD stock posting

Dear all,

How do I prevent the system from suggesting a sample qty in the sample field in the stock posting tab of the UD? Everytime we do results recording, and put a value in the samples taken field, when it comes to the UD part, the sample value is suggested. How do I stop the system from doing this? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

the sample size comes in the UD stock posting screen is calculated based on sampling procedure o each mic or sampling procedure defined in the inspection type or sampling procedure defined for a plant.

if you think that during RR, the samples you record that will reflect in concerned screen you are talking about , it is not possible.

for you information, help (F1) of that sample size in the UD stock posting screen will help you more understand this.
