Tables and fields for quality certificate generation in smartform

Hi All,

My material is batch managed and I want to create certificate for it. layout will be made in SAP smartforms. Contents will be as per regular quality certificates that are made in SAPscript, ie, batch no., lot no, results, UD, etc.

As per my knowledge. QALS, QAMR, QASR and QASE are to be used. Do we need any more tables? Can anyone please help me with field names from where to get these data?
