Unable to create company addres while creating users (first Time)

Dear Friends,

Server detals: OS WINDOWS 2003 SP2 ,DATABASE ORACLE 10 i,ERP SAP ECC 6.0 SR3,Kernel Rel 700,Supp Pkg.lvl 236,BASIS REL. 700 SAPKB70014.

ECC 6.0 SR3 Server installation completed succussfully,But I am Unable to create company users maintenance at the very first time while creating user. I have not received any error message while creating users, but its keep on running and finally came out with runtime error as ' Time out'. I have tried by increasing rdisp/max_wprun_time = 1500 and SUCOMP but no hope. Kindly help.

Hi,

Have you executed SAP Load generator after the installation? If not please exceute it once for all the objects and then go ahead with the transactions. This will avoid the compilation of objects while executing the transactions for the first time.

go into RZ11 and temporarily change rdisp/max_wprun_time to 0 (zero).

try again.

Have you maintained country and time zone for the company which is assigned to that user, in tcode sucomp?
