Require fields from BP number

Dear Experts,

I am new to SOLMAN.

I have a requirement to create a datasource and send to BI.

I have only BP number and I can see the tickets through crm_dno_monitor.

I need to have the field names and table names for the following.

1. Employee name (whom BPnumber belongs to)

2. Ticket Number

3. Created Date

4. Priority.

5. Ticket STatus.

6. Last changed on date.

And is it possible to filter out and get only the tickets RECEIVED by the particular BPnumber employee?
