QM: WM_Quant does not exist

Dear QM experts,

There 2 scenarios

Case 1

PO ->MIGO -> 101 movement document creation -> TR number generation -> Auto storage bin number generation -> Stock against random coordinates (against Purchase order number) in LS24 -> LT04 (TO creation- here destination bin is given) -> LT12 (TO confirmation) -> Inspection lot clearance -> 321 movement (here no TR is generated but 321 movement generates 1 posting change number) -> Now in LS24 the stock shows against status Q and in TR-ZONE -> LU04 (TO Creation with reference to posting change number of 321 movt doc)

Here system gives error as No quants exist for posting changes Message no. L3094 Can anybody suggest how to resolve this issue?

Case 2

In this case system generates transfer order. But the destination bin cannot be assigned and stock lies in the same storage bin (which was internally created as a result of 101 movement)

Has anybody come across this problem? Any suggestions?
