Recurring inspection

Hello Experts

I have a question regarding "Recurring Inspection"

I have a lot of material that was Goods Received many months ago.

The master view for this material has no "inspection interval" = 0...

Can you tell me why this one material in the same original inbound quantity keeps

prompting me for a recurring inspection type 90........... test???

Recurring inspection mainly required in Pharma/ food/ chemical company. Even in these industry also it is not mandatory for all material. Its purely depend on business procedure and kind of material. Like most of the medical equipment making don't use "recurring inspection". If there is no std procedure to retest material then they don't maintain "09" type inspection in material.

Now in your case if you need more detail then you need to go to your business person to know exact reason. No one can answer here.
