Error in Adapter JPR............

Hi all,

I am getting this error in the adapter monitoring of XI

<b>SLD host:port = SANDBOX:xxxxx

Error getting JPR configuration from SLD. Exception: No entity of class SAP_BusinessSystem for SNX.SystemHome.sandbox found

No access to get JPR configuration</b>

Can any one explain me about this error?

Evn I am dfacing same error in PI 7.10 .. so that note was not useful, pls suggest some other idea.
