CUP escalations

Hi,

We are using AC5.3, SP11. I am configuration escalations in my CUP workflow. In my stage configuration there is an option where I can select "Forward to Administrator". Where do I define this administrator? Or how does the system know who to forward the request to?

I'm not sure, but I think it can be customized in "Security Lead" (from Approvers)

The administrator is defined via configuration -> support link.

Hi Muhammad,

I was configuring escalation (forward to admin) on SP11.3 earlier this week without success. It sems that it is a bug that has been fixed in SP12.

From Note 1168508 - Compliant User Provisioning 5.3 Support Package (VIRAE)

  • Request is not escalating to administrator at Manager and Role stage.

Hi Vit,

today I tried to configure an escalation for the last stage of an approval workflow on GRC 11.0. The escalation configuration was "forward to next stage" (Actually the next stage would be finish / close the request). Does anyone know if the escalation problem also applies to this case or is it not possible to escalate like this on the last stage?
