This is the setup:
ECC <-> customer solution mgr system <---> our solution mgr system
User create in ECC a message, this go to their own solution mgr system. If they can't go handle it they send it to our solution mgr system. And here we occur problems.
There's only synchronization of the title of the message between the 2 solution mgr systems and not of the texts. Which is imported because here the message is explained. Somebody knows what to do, so also the text are synchronized between the 2 solution mgr systems?
Also normal that in SMW01 i see only the outgoing messages not the incoming?
