Hi,
We have SRM 3.0 with EBP 4. We were using HTTP links for accessing the SRM portal.
The attachments were opening , we have now applied SSL certificates and now the attachments are not opening, we get a blank page on clicking on the attachment on the shopping cart.
Kindly advice where do we need to make changes to resolve the issue.

Dear R.M,
Please check if the below settings are maintained in your system:
1.Logon to the SRM system.
2.Open transaction SMICM
3.In the menu ->Goto ->Services.
4.Here you see that there are 2 protocols maintained as active services.
5.Please maintain the HTTPS configuration here with the port and host
